AEGIS believes that an organization asking for trust must first make itself verifiable. The following information is published so that any donor, journalist or public authority can check who we are, independently of what we say about ourselves.
Our certificate of incorporation may be verified independently on the New York Department of State corporate registry at ecorp.dos.ny.gov.
AEGIS is governed by a Board of Directors, legally and administratively accountable for the Foundation, and advised by a Steering Committee responsible for strategic orientation. Members of both bodies serve without compensation. A scientific committee will be constituted in a second phase.
AEGIS publishes an annual report of its activities and finances. Our federal information return (IRS Form 990) will be published on this page as soon as the first return is filed, and it shall also be available on request.
